About

Noah Frank-Hotinczan is the founder, owner and editor-in-chief of Gamersuniverse.eu, an independent English and German gaming and entertainment magazine based in Donnerskirchen, Burgenland, Austria. The site has been online since 2020. Austrian press reported on him as “Noah Frank”, so you may find his earlier coverage under that name.

Noah grew up with a Nintendo 64 and a PlayStation 2. The worlds, stories and adventures of games have been his passion ever since. He has programmed since the age of 11, starting with school projects and moving on to websites, web projects, apps, standalone applications and video games.

Coverage & Expertise

Noah covers games, films and series for Gamersuniverse: PC and console performance and best-settings guides, action RPGs, tactical and extraction shooters, sci-fi and dark fantasy lore, and film and TV adaptations. His work includes news, guides, lore explainers, reviews, movies and shows and tech and hardware coverage. His developer background shapes how he explains settings, performance and game design.

Journalism

Noah works as a journalist alongside his gaming coverage. He is publisher and editor-in-chief of the Burgenland online magazine B24TV, where he has been editorial lead since 1 January 2025. He reported as an accredited journalist on the Burgenland state election of January 2025 and has interviewed senior politicians, including Defence Minister Klaudia Tanner at the opening of the Austrian Armed Forces’ new diving base (B24TV report, July 2025), Interior Minister Gerhard Karner, Burgenland Governor Hans Peter Doskozil and former Governor Hans Niessl. Further public interviews on B24TV include Brigadier Gernot Gasser, military commander of Burgenland, Alexander Wessely, military dean and episcopal vicar, and provincial councillor Leonhard Schneemann, in a report on a new child and youth psychiatry site.
