I Will Find You Climbs to Netflix’s All-Time Top 5, Passing Bridgerton and Wednesday With Over 120 Million Views
Since premiering on Netflix on June 18, Harlan Coben’s mystery thriller I Will Find You has turned into one of the streaming service’s biggest success stories of the year. Four months later, the eight-episode limited series has settled into the No. 5 spot on Netflix’s all-time list of the most popular English-language TV shows, with more than 120 million views and counting.
A Steady Climb Past Some Heavy Hitters
I Will Find You’s rise wasn’t instant, but it never really let up either. The series spent five weeks at No. 1 on Netflix’s weekly Global Top 10 English TV list, hit the top spot in 81 countries, and held a place in the global top ten for well over two months, a run few shows manage to pull off. Netflix called it, in its own words, “our biggest scripted series debut of the year.” Along the way, the thriller climbed past a string of shows that had each briefly held the final spot on the all-time chart, including His & Hers, Bridgerton, The Queen’s Gambit, Monster: DAHMER, and Wednesday, all of which now sit just behind it. The only title still ahead of it from that stretch is Stranger Things Season 5, which holds No. 4 by a margin of roughly 13 million views, a gap I Will Find You is unlikely to close now that its momentum has cooled and it has dropped off Netflix’s daily most-watched lists in most countries.

Harlan Coben’s Netflix Universe Keeps Expanding
I Will Find You stars Sam Worthington and Britt Lower and was adapted for the screen by showrunner Robert Hull, with Coben serving as an executive producer on the novel’s adaptation. It’s the latest entry in a Netflix partnership with Coben dating back to 2018 that now spans 13 adaptations across six countries, from the UK’s Fool Me Once and Stay Close to France’s Gone for Good and Argentina’s Caught. Netflix has already lined up its next two Coben projects, a new UK adaptation of The Woods and a series based on Myron Bolitar, the author’s longest-running book character, so the streamer’s bet on his catalog isn’t slowing down even as this particular chapter winds to a close.
All eight episodes of I Will Find You are streaming now on Netflix globally.
