Application and Process: Each applicant must register through our application form and can only participate with a self-made costume representing a character from anime and manga, comics, cartoons, movies, TV series, or video games. Participation is possible individually or as a group. As there are limited participant spots, we will decide who will participate in the competition based on the application materials (description and pictures of the costume, preferably with a short video message to us).
